Greek salad: romaine, mixed olives, shaved red onion, sliced tomatoes, diced cucumber, pepperoncini, crumbled feta cheese with an oregano and red wine vinaigrette

Homemade Pita & Dips

Grilled Pita with tzatziki, and assorted hummus with vegetable crudité

Entreés

  1. Spinach and roasted, shredded chicken phyllo pie (spanakopita)
  2. Mediterranean Pasta: whole wheat pasta with a creamy herb sauce, roasted shallots, artichokes, eggplant, zucchini and ground lamb or shrimp.
  3. Lemon Herb Rice Pilaf: white rice layered with roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, grilled onions and zucchini, lemon zest and roasted chicken.

Samali Bars: Greek semolina and almond syrup cake
